This report, developed through a collaboration between the National Mission for Clean Ganga, the city of Prayagraj, and the Water as Leverage initiative, identifies key challenges and capacities for enhancing water and climate resilience in Prayagraj. Based on input from the Commissioner of Prayagraj Municipal Corporation and data from a workshop in December 2023, the analysis outlines seven critical hotspots where local challenges, targets, and capacities intersect. These hotspots provide a framework for achieving climate resilience in Prayagraj and offer a model that can be applied to other cities within the Ganga Basin.
